Person should be very experienced in all aspects of estimating and sales, and should be capable of reading plans and doing take-offs fluently. Person will be responsible for estimating job costs, as well as for coordinating prices with sub-contractors. Must work well with people and be detailed and organized. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Coordinate construction sales, marketing and administrative support activities.
Formalize budget documents, bid proposals and supplier pre-qualification information.
Prepare hard copy and Power Point presentations and present proposals to clients and prospect clients.
Respond to client questions regarding project details such as current status, remaining budget and variances.
Author formal correspondence on behalf of project managers and the Operations Manager.
Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Must be proficient in verbal and written communications.

5 Plus Years Construction Sales/Marketing/Administrative Support.
Proficiency With Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/).(UDA Technologies software a plus)
Excellent Client Communication & Presentation Skills.
Four-Year Degree.
